"We had a great stay!! It was clean, comfortable, and the best part was the amazing service from the people. They were warm, friendly, and excellent hosts. From the train station, it was about half a mile walk. Not bad but there were quite a few stairs over canals to walk. We had breakfast included and that was nice. Nothing crazy, but sufficient and a nice way to get the day started. The bread and coffee were great, and the set up was so pretty. It was in a perfect location and the WiFi,...

"Great breakfast included with our suite. Beautiful room on the canal. Weather was cold so windows stayed closed for the most part, but would be great spot to have open and enjoy the sounds of the city during warmer weather. Heat worked great and staff was wonderful. Very convenient location to all things Venice. Everything walkable (a little distance to walk from train station, but we did with no problem). Could take water taxi just a few steps away from hotel if desired."

"Perfect location and amazing staff. They were always available to make recommendations for things to do and places to eat. They were also available to make any transportation arrangements for us. Best part they arranged a complimentary glass factory tour to Murano! I also recommend adding the breakfast to your stay. It included many choices and options and was prepared fresh for each individual. "

"Enjoyed having breakfast in a covered area in the garden - penty of choice and high quality. I also enjoyed chatting to the lady in charge in French, as my Italian is virtually non-existent and it turned out we were both ex-teachers of French. She was very helpful with potential access problems and we never found ourselves locked out!"
