"We used the hotel to stay whilst we travelled around ponta Delgada. The staff was really friendly, the room was clean and well kept, beds were comfortable. Would reccomend. "

"Erittäin ystävällinen respan porukka, ruokalassa piikatyttöjä oli josta syystä aina rajuja, mutta palveli kunnollisesti. Huoneessamme siisteys ja hoito oli erinomainen. Ärsytti vähän teknillisiä juttuja kuten suihkun lautanen aina oli kiinitetty seinään , vesialtaan yllä oleva hylly oli vinossa seinästä päin ja osa vehkeistä putosi altaaseen ja lattialle.; eteisessä puuttuu valo : kaapissa on liian pimmeä. Ja pari asia tilausjärjestyksessä : tilasimme parisänkyä, saimme 2 erillistä, ja...

"Appartement très lumineux et bien équipé, de plus situé très proche du centre ville, des restaurants très bon a proximité. Il y a une cuisine commune très bien équipé avec plusieurs petits frigos, plusieurs laves vaisselles et plaques de cuissons. Il n'y a pas de piscine comme spécifié dans l'annonce "

"Beautiful accommodations in a very walkable section of Ponta Delgada. Very friendly frond desk staff. The breakfast basket left at the door in the morning was over the top fantastic!"

"Nice hotel with a beautiful backdrop in a quiet local neighborhood. The hotel is gated, so it feels safe, and there is plenty of parking. The staff was wonferful - always willing to help any way they could, however the desk is not staffed 24/7, so getting a hold of someone wasnt always possible. The room was spacious and well stocked, however not the most updated/new (coffee maker leaked water, microwave door stuck, ice cune tray was broken, sliding glass door to patio was very hard to open)....
