"Hyatt exceeded our expectations! They even let us borrow snowshoes and hiking poles to take on our day trip to chickadee Ridge at no cost! The restaurant food was delicious, staff were friendly and helpful. Provided complimentary champagne when we arrived and water bottles to take on our hike."

"The stay here was mediocre at best. The young lady at check-in was evidently having a bad day and seemed annoyed to even converse with us. When we parked, the exterior door to our room had the exterior light out so we were in pich black darkness walking from our car to the door...fely very unsafe. ..."
