"Great place 👍 they had a great bar and live music. Enjoyed our room, comfortable bed. However, there was some construction that was a bit of a nuisance and the hallway had some missing ceiling tile that exposed pipes. We did not see anyone working on it for 2 days of our stay. Still, overall it was not a bad place to stay. "
"I really enjoyed our 3 night stay. Our room was very clean. Housekeeping came round every day. Shower facilities were very clean. If I was to add anything it would be some outside seating area."
"The hotel is close to the shopping area of Livingston. It has everything that you would need, from good parking, to fabulous food next door in their restaurant to easy EV charging facilities.

"The location is perfect—right in the heart of town, making it easy to explore. Our room was recently renovated, modern, and very comfortable.
What really stood out was the staff: exceptionally friendly and genuinely helpful. On Saturday morning, when we discovered that airport taxis in Linlithgow need to be booked in advance, the hotel team stepped in and quickly helped us arrange one. Their support made a big difference to our trip.

"Really loved the spa and the property. Food was good. Only thing is the lake on the property was full of trash, probably not the hotels fault but if it's their property it is something to be addressed since there was water life living in the habitat. "
