"This hotel is in a great location in the heart of the old quarter of Bilbao. It’s also within easy walking distance of the museum, along the river, and the main shopping district. We arrived a couple of hours before check-in time and were able to leave our luggage with the reception staff, while we had a walk around Bilbao. "Took a bit to figure out the public parking lot but from there on the room location was excellent…right around corner from Plaza Nueva and many very good restaurants and bars, bakeries, shopping. Very secure and we had a balcony looking out on the street and activity in the city."

"My husband and I had fantastic 4 night stays. The room especially the bathroom is clean and bed is very comfortable. I chose this hotel because of it's location, just few steps to Guggenheim museum. Also, the Old town is walking distance from the hotel. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast daily. The food was delicious and had variety to choose from. The restaurant staff and reception staff are nice, friendly and very helpful. We were delighted and enjoyed our stays. If we ever return to...

"Location was great for us and walkable to most places. Transportation was available to the best sites like museums so close to the train station, subway and buses. Breakfast was a zoo though. Too many people in too small a space. Rooms were small for my liking but we spent little time in it. No views in this busy part of the city to talk to."

"Decent 4 bed room. Sink in room, shower and toilet attached to room on either side. This makes reducing noise and light disturbance for other roomies difficult. Curtain on the bunks resolves the light issue only to a small extent. Noise from the street. Bring ear plugs. Hostel had daily entertainment activities and staff were very helpful. Reasonable buffet breakfast for extra €7. Towel could be rented for €3. Drawers under bed for storage. Bring your own padlock."
