"The room was very neat and clean but we had ants very tiny ones. They were for some reason on bed. My husband is somewhat allergic to them so he had some bites on his legs. Staff was great. View was awesome. Air conditioning was not so good. We were hot at night. We could also use a small fridge also. Pool was beautiful. "

"Nice property but everything needs fixing. The pool was dirty and the water was very cloudy half the days we were there, problem was eventually fixed. Beach chairs are in rough shape. Constantly had to request towels from house keeping so we could shower. Room service never delivered what we ordered correctly, often without cutlery. Restaurant service was slow, the à la carte food was very good. The best staff service was on the beach! The beach is beautiful, just a small area however to walk the beach. This is a beautiful property just needs some attention."

The best breakfast I ever had, so complete: chilaquiles, eggs, pancakes, juice, fruit etc. staff members are so nice, polite, friendly. They are so helpful if you need any help getting some where.. "Amazing stay at Casa Ceiba! We booked this hotel in hopes of finding tranquility and beautiful scenery and it did not disappoint. The staff were wonderful, food was great at the restaurant and the daily breakfast was a delight with lots of options. Staff also does a great job with housekeeping. And the pool was pure bliss! Casa Ceiba is a little further than hotels closer to town but it’s worth it. Taxis were super easy to get around in. If you’re looking for a stay with great amenities and not huge crowds, Casa Ceiba is where it’s at. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"The hotel has 2 beaches but only one is swimmable. That beach has a lot of rock in the water so the swimming area is very small. Restaurant was so busy on gala night we couldn’t find a table and they ran out of plates and cutlery, I ate my dinner with a dessert spoon. They ran out of wine every single night and the drinks were very watered down. "

"Property was beautiful, but not advertised unfortunately.. beach access was a view and no access and tgstcwas very important to us as we had planned on snorkeling a lot on this vacation and at this resort. Unfortunately that willnever hsppen with littel no access and even if possible huge big bolders and rocks woukd stop you you big time from getting in . Arrived late afternoon to only kitchen in place already closed fir the day after 4 pm . No other options around this place , especially with no car . Rooms was old fashioned and very dated . Bad water pressure at all times and littel to no hot water unfortunately. The bed was old and like lying on the hard tile floor and ruined my sleep and back so bad by 5 am , that I was unable to sleepnor walk very well by the am . My bad back was now much worse . Ac was ok , but tv was terrible and coukd barly see or understand as its all in spanish . I know we in Mexico but the tv was older then my 15 year old son and was probably a 20 inch tv in top left corner ..couldn't even see it or hesrvit from anywhere in room . Over all was not happy or satisfied with this place or rooms thst desperately needing to be brought into the 2020 era at very least .. many mounds and stairs to climb every time we left . No elevator. Staff was friendly and understanding to my concerns and we insisted on leaving the next day to kore suitable accommodations to enjoy our trip as planned . As well trying to get our refund after many days was difficult. "
