"Very nice boutique hotel with nine rooms on a bluff overlooking Conejos Bay. Excellent pool and about a 15 minute walk along a steep trail down to the beach. Room was very nice and many rooms have ocean views. Nice breakfast is included. Food and drinks in the restaurant were also excellent. Staff were very helpful and service was great. I don’t like big all inclusive resorts and buffets so Casa Ceiba was my kind of place and I would highly recommend it for travellers who have similar likes. Shout out to staff members Memo, Kelly, Giovani and Rosie in particular but all the staff were great."

"The grounds are beautiful. Staff were great. We did the all inclusive package and were impressed with the food. Views from the restaurants are perfect. Ocean is a bit rough here, but there are places you can swim. You can climb over the rocks and snorkel just down the beach. Fixtures in the rooms are dated, but bed is super comfy and views are excellent. We would definitely stay at this lovely, quiet hotel again."

"The rooms are big and comfortable. I cannot complain about the rooms at all. Plenty of storage space if you come with alot of clothes. Clean maintained. Water bottles restocked daily. Always enough towels. I had lead in room caregory giving me a view of a tennis court... I don't particularly like that the layout of the resort is so huge and requires a trolly to get around everywhere. I was on 8th level and it goes to 10 levels but no elevators. Resort architecture is unique design but i don't like having to rely on trolly to move around. I came in slow season so it was usually no issue to get on. In busy season i imagine it gets wild to try and get on. If you travel with a baby and a stroller like i did, it's very inconvenient. If you are someone with mobility issues, this is not a good resort for you. Food was most disappointing in buffet I've ever had in Mexico. I had food poisoning the whole week. Drinks from bars are not that great. For carbonated drinks they use pepsi brand and they tasted very off. Orange juice at bar tastes like tang mix...i felt like i was consuming in Cuba. If you know, you know.. Beach that is at resort is not great for swimming. Drive 12 minutes out to la entrega or Maguey or la crucecita and it's by far better for swimming. Some waiters not very professional. They lack proper customer service. Not alot of English speaking staff either. Pool on 7th floor nice to swim, but tempurature of water is too hot. Wouldn't return. "

"Mis vacaciones de cumpleaños fueron como si estuviera en un lugar con ambulantes pero los ambulantes fueron el staff muy insistentes de tomar una plática con la agencia de viajes HYATT❌ de verdad pésima calidad de no poder andar libre por los pasillos o ir a comer es real mente agotador y desagradable el tener que lidiar con personas así cuando son vacaciones deberían respetar la decisión de cada persona. No volvería En la limpieza mi duvet estaba sucio 🤢"

"Got the cheap room in back no view but nice pool and breakfast included. Not a lot of affordable options for dinner mostly private resorts between hotel and beach but we could sneak through. "

"We had a wonderful stay as a family of four with 2 young children. The condo was spacious and quiet and we enjoyed having access to the resort amenities. Communication with the host was excellent. We would love to return!!"

"Property was beautiful, but not advertised unfortunately.. beach access was a view and no access and tgstcwas very important to us as we had planned on snorkeling a lot on this vacation and at this resort. Unfortunately that willnever hsppen with littel no access and even if possible huge big bolders and rocks woukd stop you you big time from getting in . Arrived late afternoon to only kitchen in place already closed fir the day after 4 pm . No other options around this place , especially with no car . Rooms was old fashioned and very dated . Bad water pressure at all times and littel to no hot water unfortunately. The bed was old and like lying on the hard tile floor and ruined my sleep and back so bad by 5 am , that I was unable to sleepnor walk very well by the am . My bad back was now much worse . Ac was ok , but tv was terrible and coukd barly see or understand as its all in spanish . I know we in Mexico but the tv was older then my 15 year old son and was probably a 20 inch tv in top left corner ..couldn't even see it or hesrvit from anywhere in room . Over all was not happy or satisfied with this place or rooms thst desperately needing to be brought into the 2020 era at very least .. many mounds and stairs to climb every time we left . No elevator. Staff was friendly and understanding to my concerns and we insisted on leaving the next day to kore suitable accommodations to enjoy our trip as planned . As well trying to get our refund after many days was difficult. "
