"Staff was excellent and very helpful. We were in a room very close to the entertainment initially and it’s very loud at night so asked to change. They were able to accommodate. The food, especially at lunch, was not amazing with a minimal selection. Would like to see them up their food options. Also if you are gluten or dairy intolerant the choices were almost non existent. "

The villas are beautiful charming little suites with the bedroom and bathroom in an upstairs loft. The gardens and pool are all very enchanting and well kept. The location is perfect- on a very quiet street but everything you need is right aground the corner. Very close to the town center. Perfect stay! "

"Amazing hotel, with an amazing staff. I have never stayed at a hotel where the entire staff was so helpful, accommodating, pleasant and friendly. My room was on the 4th floor and had a terrific view of the pier where the cruise ships came in, but was just far enough away so as not to be inundated with ship passengers. Great location from which you could easily and safely walk to restaurants, shopping, the plaza, and two large grocery stores if you needed to pick up stuff. I would highly...

"Old hotel, rooms not the revamped. Far away from downtown and all the attractions, if you will stay here, you need to have either a car or to pay taxis. Good location is you want to reach the cruise ships terminal. "

Location is a little away from downtown which we found to be more quiet. Felt safe walking around even at night. There are several great food options within a few blocks.
