"We had great 3 night post cruise stay. Staff was amazing, very hospitable. Housekeeping lady was so kind, sweet and very good detailed- our room looked amazing.
Breakfast and bar team, were very friendly as well.
Young lady at check in ( sorry forgot her name) assisted with luggage storage, return of my mobility scooter and had our room ready before actual check in time. Wonderful team!!! Kudos!!!"

"Small but beautiful and clean apartment, 2 blocks from the beach. Check-in is at a completely different address several blocks away, which was unclear in the app, so I had to walk some distance with my bags to find it. The staff were very sweet and they drove me back to the apartment after check in. Check out procedure is also vague, I dropped off the key cards, then emailed to confirm that was all I had to do, but have yet to receive a response. Unclear if the problem is with the Hotels.com...
