"The hotel was relatively clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. The lobby could use a coffee station for people who just want coffee. The worst part for us was that the rooftop pool was closed. We received several emails before our trip but was never told the pool would be closed. They did offer to move us to one of their sister properties, but they are both family friendly. "Beautiful resort. Suggest having options available for people who have later flights - i.e. more generous late checkout options or at least access to lockers and showers. Candidly, for the cost, the resort had limited things to do aside from sitting by the pool."
