"The hotel is not safe.My daughter who is 13 years old was harrassed and intimidated by a man at the pool who was also staying at the hotel. I reported the incident to the hotel staff but no action was taken. I even emailed the hotel manager but I have never received any reply. I also spoke to that man who smelled alcohol and no staff stayed by the side to support me although the staff witnessed the incident. "We have stayed twice now as we love this hotel. It’s clean, friendly, rooms are air conditioned. The food in the hotel has a wide range, we are vegan and managed to find a variety - more so than last year too. (After about 5 days of half board we were ready for a break from it). Ignore the bad reviews, you’ll have a lovely time here."

"Very clean and comfortable. In an excellent area, close enough to enjoy the area but also quiet to get a good rest. A bit challenging to find the reception desk, no signs of where to go just the name of the building which we had no idea of which way to go. Overall I would stay there again."
