Long weekend away

We had a lovely time , hotel was clean and in-house food was good. We had a birthday during our stay and the hotel dropped a free bottle into our room which was a lovely surprise, well done the staff that organized it.

Great hotel resort with plenty of facilities

Everything was spotless and the location was excellent. The facilities was for everyone tastes and use. The checking wasn't straight forward as having to email and find the screenshot of the booking.

Family visit April 2025

We had a junior suite which was a great size for two adults and two children. The resort was well designed with plenty of space for everyone so there was never any issue getting sun beds. The food was great with lots of choice. We really enjoyed the extra little touches like crisps, Cornettos and Twister lollies available all day within the all inclusive package. The pools were lovely but very cold in April so the indoor heated pool was very welcome.

Rooms really nice but a few problems

Very clean, large and modern room but the bed was very hard and the room was noisy due to the volume of other room doors as they close and children screaming in the corridors - but this is a resort so screaming kids is probably to be expected. The staff could do more to explain the dining situation on arrival and there were far too many people there for the number of staff.

Mooie goed uitgeruste kamer met groot balkon. Schoonmaak was goed en ontbijt en diner prima. Heerlijke ruime tuin met voldoende ligbedden en adults only zwembad/tuin. Op loopafstand, via een mooi via een mooi voet-/fietspad, van Cambrils. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

En la pension completa

Ha sido buena pero con algunas cosas que Los empleados o no Sabina o se hacian Los tontos primera comida Pedidos Agua y nos dijeron que había en en la en la pension completa y paga mos por una botella de Agua 3 5€ cuando en la secunda comida si que había Primer dia toms os un caso de cocacola y nos dijeron que era de Todo incuido y nos hiceron pagar 5 € En la secunda comida pregunta mos y de i amos pedir una cocacola de cristal envasada y costava 3,5€ Ya se ve algunas cosas que no se saben ni nadie te lo dice solo que algunes empleados cobran

Cometen errores y no los asumen

Ha sido un fin de semana de amigos de viernes a domingo. El sábado nos marchamos del hotel a las 11 de la mañana y volvimos sobre las 11:30 de la noche. Al entrar en la habitación nos encontramos la puerta del balcón abierta, nos faltaba una de las 2 llaves que nos dieron y habíamos dejado en la habitación y no teníamos ni una toalla. Bajamos a recepción lo comentamos y nos llevaron toallas a la habitación sobre las 12:30, con lo cual no nos pudimos duchar ni meter a la cama hasta esa hora. Yo personalmente no dormí nada porque soy muy miedosa y al encontrarme la puerta abierta…. A la mañana siguiente bajamos a desayunar y lo comentamos de nuevo pero nos hicieron el mismo caso que a la noche. Al subir a la habitación para hacer maletas ( todavía no era la hora de abandonar la habitación) nos encontramos a las de la limpieza dentro y nos habían retirado maletas, ropa…de donde las habíamos dejado y al ir a utilizar las toallas de nuevo se las habían llevado y no pudimos ya ni lavarnos las manos. Lo volvimos a comentar en recepción y obtuvimos la misma respuesta que las otras dos veces. Creo que un resort de estas características debe cuidar más al cliente y si se equivoca compensar el error no solo escuchar. Fui para descansar y vine con una noche casi sin dormir…..

A veces cuesta que hagan caso a una reclamación .

Cuando llegamos hacer el Cheking , se ve que hubo un error en la web o su ordenador y habia una cuna de viaje en lugar de una cama ( mi hijo 14 años y asi se puso en la reserva ) . Despues de darle un poco de vueltas me dijeron, tranquilo que se la cambiamos por una cama . Pues cuando llegamos a las 21:30 a dormir , seguia la cuna . Tuvimos que volver a reclamar y entonces si que lo hicieron tal como ponia la reserva . El desayuno abundante aunque los alimentos calientes , estaban frios . Y preferimos tirar por los frios .

Un mixte réussi hôtel+club à découvrir

Très belles prestations (chambre, extérieur jardin et piscine, restaurant, accueil et le personnel) et surtout beaucoup de propreté. A revoir les portes de chambre qui doivent être "claquées" pour pouvoir être fermées d'où des désagréments au niveau du bruit, en pleine nuit vous imaginez !!!!

Un séjour extra

Súper resort!! Emplacement face à la mer , avec accès direct sur le Camí de ronda ( pour aller marcher ) Installation extra , un gros plus une belle piscine seulement pour les adultes , une belle salle de sport. Les chambres sont spacieuse et très belle . Très bonne literie . Rien à dire sur la propreté , chambre ou le site c’est IMPECCABLE tout les jours ! Le petit déjeuner est très varié autant sucré que salé. Vous êtes sûr de vous régaler. Personnel très accueillant qui fait tout pour que votre séjour se passe bien. Je suis parti toute la journée en ballade à mon retour une bouteille de cava et un petit mot m’attendais pour mon anniversaire . Je vous recommande ce ressort vous êtes sur de passer de très belle vacances ! Merci
