"An absolutely stunning hotel in a fabulous location, absolute luxury and cannot fault. Room was pure comfort with a view to die for through the floor length windows and from the balcony. Hotel has a beautiful terrace for enjoying the stunning views. The staff were a joy and couldn’t do enough for you - I cannot recommend this place enough if you want to stay in sheer comfort and enjoy absolute quality accommodation. "Best property!!"

"The property has a lot of amenities, bike rental and the breakfast was of good quality and varied. It has a really well-equipped fitness room; there is live music in the restaurant area on Fridays, when I staid the brazilian singer performing was quite awesome. Not far from the shoreline either and in minutes in Palma's old town. Would select it again."

"Nice stay in a beautiful setting but expensive for stay overall."

"The property lobby and staff were wonderful! A little bit outdated in the hallways, but the pool was excellent and I liked how close the location was to the beach and other restaurants. I wish the shower was a bit better as the water kept leaking out of it and onto the bathroom floor!"

"We had an amazing stay at Alcázar. The room was beautiful, breakfast excellent, and the staff was truly professional and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!"

"Excellent location ."

"Sehr freundlich, hell. Ruhig gelegen."

"Lage war okay, ruhig oder in der Nähe vom Bus, schnelle Anwendung zum Strand sowie auch nach Palma in circa 20 Minuten. Das Hotel war sehr sauber und ordentlich, das Frühstücksbuffet war auch gut, man vermisst ein bisschen persönliche Note, das Zimmer 109 war sehr nah am Fahrstuhl und deshalb an zwei Morgen leider durch andere Gäste wach geworden, die ihre Koffer durch die Gänge geschleppt haben."
