"They only send corespondance in french. I’ve asked for english version, but no response. I tried to pre book transportation from the airport, but no response. However, the hotel was clean, facilities ok. A little long walk to center, but bus station was nearby."

"We had to move rooms because the first one smelled like smoke and the bathroom like CURRY. Overall a bit sketchy neighborhood and no access to the beach. Also had a loud neighbor talking loudly on the balcony and playing Arabic music."

"This hotel is in the most perfect location in Nice .We loved being able to cross the promenade to the beach and could wake up every day looking at the ocean.The staff was tremendous friendly and helpful always available to welcome us back or wish us a bonjour.rooms were air conditioned and comfortable.Breakfast was delicious.The hotel is so beautiful .We even got to see the Tour de France from our balcony. I look forward to my next visit"

"The location in Nice was very good, a reasonable walk from the “luxury shops” and main shopping. The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful. The best things about the property. The pool was lovely, but had to be reserved ahead. There WERE NO PROPER CUPS FOR TEA OR COFFEE IN ROOMS, NO GLASSES IN BATHROOM. We were expected to drink from paper cups. My room was very tired with worn out wooden floor, and the curtains were very creased. Not really 4star."

"I would not stay here even if it were free. I could hear everything single thing coming from my neighbouring room. The A/C runs but it’s very poor, I woke up in a sweat every night because of the heat. Only positive is the location and the shower pressure was good."

"I liked everything about the hotel, I stayed in this hotel lots of times and every time I stay I enjoy it more and more, the staff are all friendly and welcoming,and very helpful.
