"This was a lovely hotel in Marseille with a fabulous location. A short walk (15 min) to Vieux Port and easy access to bus lines and the metro. A nice clean pool with hot tubs. Our room was nice and clean, comfortable beds (even the pull out which is saying something) and the water pressure for the showers was amazing. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The only negatives would be the slow moving drains in the shower and sinks and on the last two nights the fan or A/C became very loud when it...

"We were very happy with our stay here. We arrived a little early and the staff was happy to store our luggage until we could check in. The staff were all very friendly and pleasant. They said they were very full, so we had an upgraded room. We loved the balcony and enjoyed going out and relaxing on it. It was an unexpected bonus! We had the breakfast and it was very good, although if I had 1 critique, the hot items could have been warmer. But we still enjoyed it. Everything was very clean...

"I like the fact that despite being usually very busy, the members of staff always have an open ear and attend promptly and usually with a smile to any issues or queries. The location of the hotel is super, at a hop step and jump from St Charles station. The view from the rooms towards the garden side is stunning and last but not least, there is a good breakfast included in the price."

"De kamer op de vierde verdieping met terras is prima en ruim. Je kan na de drukte van de stad in je kamer tot rust komen. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam en laten je met rust. Het ontbijt is ruim van keuze. De ligging vinden wij goed, niet ver voor allerlei bezienswaardigheden en restaurants, en toch wel wat uit het drukke centrum. Het hotel was netjes, eens je de inkom aan de achterzijde voorbij bent kom je in een heel andere positieve sfeer."
