"This hotel is by no means a good hotel, staff sent me to the parking lot as hotel parking was full and that parking lot attendant did not let me park there either. Hotel staff told me to find my own parking then. I was tired of a long drive already and then i had to spent an hour more to find parking about 1 km away."

"Great location for catching a game or show, close to bell center. Staff was friendly and helpful. We were on a high level and the elevator was broken. Ran out of toiletries and had to ask room service for tolit paper and towels"

"It was ok. Staff were friendly and always present. It’s very dated and could do with a refurb in general. The room was huge with a kitchenette but poorly lit in areas. The shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. I wasn’t keen to sit on the sofa because it was old and stained. The location is great for the price. Breakfast was as expected for a North American hotel in this price bracket - disposable plates and mostly beige food but a couple of fruit and yoghurt options and boiled eggs, but it tasted nice. Brewed coffee was good. The issue with breakfast is the area is quite small for the size of the hotel. There were a lot of sports and school groups staying, they all show up at the same time and then linger for a while after finishing to chat. It’s nice for them to socialise but it means there’s nowhere to sit for breakfast and a lot of guests have to take food to their rooms. There is also a very noisy and busy road at the front, ear plugs mandatory. "

"Excellent location. Breakfast was very good for a continental breakfast with very good coffee options. The room is a good size. Major downfall is parking is off property, which was not a problem for us, as we are mobile adults. This would be a problem for people with low mobility."
