"Stains on ceiling above bed, stains on lampshades, torn up wall, white splatter all over countertops, hair conditioner bottle in shower completely empty, bedroom phone dead/not working, hot tub closed, alarm clock in the room next to me going off for 30 minutes straight at 6am. glass doors in lobby and room doors covered in greasy finger prints. You can find somewhere better for much less money "

"I would rate this hotel as below average.Unfortunately, our stay was not very comfortable. First of all, the bathroom was not clean — there were hairs in the bathtub, which made it feel unhygienic. Secondly, the view was very disappointing. Instead of something pleasant, we were facing a roof with ventilation equipment, which made the room feel more like a basement than a proper hotel room. Parking was also an issue, as we were charged extra for it, which was not clearly communicated in advance. In addition, there were not enough towels. Basic amenities were missing as well. There were no toothbrushes or toothpaste available, and even when we asked to purchase them, the hotel said they didn’t have any. Overall, the room felt quite uncomfortable. It might be okay for a very short stay just to sleep for one night, but I would not choose this hotel again for a longer stay. "

"They upgraded us to a 1 bedroom suite, breakfast was subpar, this is a low end hotel, the roomss are spacious, it would go a long way if they spend some money and upgrade this hotel."

"Friendly staff, onsite parking, hotel was trendy and very well appointed. Good location for what we needed but area around was more industrial and is currently being developed I would definitely stay there again :) "

"Exactly as described! Rooms were big, beds and pillows comfortable, continental breakfast had plenty of options, and they were able to hold bags before/after check in. Would absolutely stay here again! "

"The staff was fantastic! We arrived two hours early and were upgraded and given a room since ours wasn’t ready yet. We went to see Lady Gaga and unfortunately she canceled. The staff help us find something else to do. The room was neat and clean."

"The property had a sign out front asking guests to enter through the back parking lot but I noticed guests walking through the front door when I checked in. There was no wifi during our stay. The front desk person mumbled it to me on the way in and, when I asked when it would resume, she said they were working on it and later that evening. When I called back that night, I received the same message. I asked to speak to the manager the next morning who told me that there would be no compensation and that I wouldn’t have been told that the service would be up and running that night. The wifi still wasn’t working the next morning. Besides the terrible customer service and no wifi, the room was basic, clean, and comfortable. "
