"Clean room, great staff"

"Clean and tidy, helpfull staff, didn't use the facilities so can't comment."

"Great staycation"

"Clean rooms, nice and quiet. Although this may have been because I requested an upper floor. But that request was granted as was our request to check out at midday. The hotel was very accommodating and the staff very helpful. The only downside is that it is about a 15-20min walk to the centre of town, but we didn’t find that a major drawback and walked everywhere. I highly recommend this property."

"Very friendly good dark room to sleep"

"Clean room, friendly staff and the breakfast was immense 👌"

"Staff were amazing and very helpful for getting in and explaining where the unit was. Unit A1 and my sea view amazing."

"The entire staff could not have been more accommodating and pleasant. They were great in communication before we left. It was a great location about 15 min walk from so many local points."

"We were disappointed that the buffet breakfast was not available, we have always enjoyed the buffet. Perhaps it could be noted somewhere, no buffet Mondays?"

There were very limited utensils in the kitchen and only a small benchtop oven. We enjoyed our stay and will know better what to expect in future."

"Very spacious and centrally located."

"Parking"

"It is very conveniently situated within walking distance of the museum, gallery and commercial centre."

"Great place to stay"

"The room and amenities were good, though the room was somewhat smaller than anticipated. The biggest problem was I arrived shortly after 9 pm after hotel reception had closed for the day or night. There weren't any keys or instructions for me, even though I had reserved a room. An employee at a neighboring restaurant called the owner. who told him how to get access to the keys in a lock box outside. However, the whole check in process--getting keys, getting into the parking garage, and...

"Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge in der Gegend. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich."
