Beautiful location, lovely room, friendly staff and a great cafe. WiFI and phone signal is very patchy but love coming here and stay here each time I come to New Plymouth

The room was large, clean and well-appointed. We really loved that you could see and hear the river from the top bedroom. The environment is relaxing and I enjoyed the walk along the river and around the grounds. The restaurant had a great atmosphere and the meals were nice. The staff were friendly and attentive. The location was a short drive to town but far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle. Our only minor gripe was the driveway was narrow and difficult to see vehicles coming the other way. This made for a couple of near misses due to other drivers going too fast. The washer and dryer in the laundry need updating.

What a gorgeous spot

We’d love to stay again.

This was a roomy well appointed unit. It had a lovely view, and easy parking. Located about 10 minutes from downtown new Plymouth it was very convenient.
