poor service - stay away

nobody in reception when we arrived - we also needed to check out early and were told that there was nobody in reception at that time either. I had to arrange for my sister to go to the hotel the day after in the afternoon and pay for me, as they even had problems with my credit card. I will NEVER go to this hotel again.

This hotel would be great IF it wasn't so noisy (no sound insulation at all between rooms), there was a decent breakfast (really cheap stuff left out to help yourself) and if there was a basic level of service. On arrival after about midday you have to call a cell phone to be told a pin code for the entry system. The only staff seem to be one temp. who unlocks the breakfast room, cleans the rooms and takes the money at checkout. Then they're off for the day. I asked for handsoap and an iron/board. Both of which were met with a shrug. Not good enough really, which is a shame as the room layout was brilliant and it only ties 10 mins to walk to the leaning tower.

Prima hotel om 1 nachtje te verblijven. Op loopafstand van het centrum. Bedden zijn ok en airco maakt het lekker in de stad.

good location

good location, nice to have an out door area to sit with small pool. Bedrooms air conditioned. Bathroom shower very dirty and shower door would not open and fell off each time you tried to move it. Overall not a bad experience as it was not expensive.

Der er en del af det der står i på hotels.com der ikke passer: hotellet: Der er et rum til morgenmad, restaurant/bar/cafe er ikke rigtigt. Da vi skulle have morgenmad måtte vi selv i køleskabet og finde det vi skulle spise. værelset: minibar: nej. Der var et tomt køleskab. pengeskab: nej gratis toiletartikler: nej. vi havde intet at vaske os i. Der ud over havde vi en aircondition der kom en del vand ud af, så vi måtte ligge og høre på det dryppede hele natten, begge nætter, for de kunne ikke få den lavet. Så fik vi hotellet til at bestille en taxa til kl. 06.50, så vi kom i lufthavnen i god tid. Den havde de aldrig bestilt, så vi måtte selv ringe efter en taxa, det kostede os 45 min. forsinkelse. Dette pensionat kunne blive rigtig godt hvis bare der var styr på tingende. Huset ligge godt og charmerende. Synd at der ikke er styr på det.

There were no lights outside when we came in the evening, so it was hard to find. We were waken up at 3 AM by people who had reservation, but there was no room for them.

make sure you have a cell phone............

we were lucky to have a cell or we would not have been able to check in. They had a phone number, we called then they gave us the code to open the door.... key inside. no glasses in the room, only bath towels, air conditioner not efficient. room quiet and about a 15 minute walk to the tower. A positive was it had a terrace to enjoy our wine. Breakfast barely ok. little choice. would not recommend. Was not our first choice. overpriced for what we received. Did have limited parking onsite.

Villa Soriano

Good area to stay in and close to the center. The girls in the reception did what they could to make it to a pleasure. The house need a renovation. Hard to close and lock the door, a smell of mold and dust inside, weeds on the outside. The owner didn't deliver what we agree upon (sparkling wine and strawberries on my husbands birthday) and without apologies. Is this ok? NO!!!

Très Déçus arnaqué

Le gîte est mal indiqué, et les poubelles à l'entrée rendent l'acces tres dangereux. Nous sommes arrivés à minuit il n'y avait pas de parking contrairement à ce qui est annoncé. On nous a demandé de nous garer dans la rue. Mais cela n'est rien comparé au fait que notre chambre pourtant réservée ait été donnée volontairement à un couple seul ! Après insistance pour nous trouver une chambre le manager nous a finalement donné celle qui était reservee pour le couple qui occupait la notre en l'équipant de deux lits de camps pour nos enfants. Nous avons donc dormi à 4 dans une chambre prévue pour 2 pers dans env 15m2. Nous n'avons eu aucune explication valable ni aucune excuse pour cette erreur. De plus les chambres était dans un état sale et presque comme en travaux. Les oreillers avaient encore l'odeur des précédents clients et le netoyage etait tres mal fait. La deuxième nuit nous avons eu la chambre prévue avec 2 pièces et 3 lits d'environ 25m2 mais malgré tout l'état etait le même. De plus nous avons payé 110€ pour la chambre que les autres clients on eu à 59 !! C'est innacceptable. Aucunes excuses ni geste commercial. Nous avons demandé à payer le prix de la chambre soit 59 € et il nous ont finalement fait une remise de 15€ sans excuses. Je déconseille a tout ami ou famille cet établissement qui n'a rien d'un hotel.

L'emplacement de l'hotel (quartier résidentiel) est idéal pour visiter la ville de Pise et se déplacer en voiture. A 10 minutes à pied de la place des miracles, il n'y a rien à dire. Cependant le service laisse un peu à désirer. Nous n'avons pas eu les changements de serviettes et le lit de fait sur les 3 nuits. Les sourires des hotesses d'accueil sont rares... L'état de la chambre est plutot correct si on fait abstraction des quelques moisissures dans la douche et du pommeau de douche complètement entartré. Je recommande cet hotel si vous ne vous attardez pas sur les petits détails de confort et d'accueil. Dans l'ensemble, j'ai passé un agréable séjour et j'ai su faire abstraction des quelques bémols de cet hotel.

J'avais orienté mon choix vers ce b&b pour sa facilité d'accès vers la place et la tour, et parce que les avis étaient plutôt favorables. Les photos affichées ont fini de me convaincre. Alors que je n'ai pas été déçu par sa localisation, je l'ai été beaucoup plus par l'accueil, très expéditif et quasi inexistant tout au long du séjour, et par la chambre un peu vieillotte. Son accès direct par l'extérieur et son espace ne faisait pas oublier sa porte d'entrée branlante et sa déco "usée". Si l'accueil et le service avait été meilleur, on aurait pu oublier ce côté un peu "passé" de la chambre...dommage,

Easily accessible by car & by foot

Very interesting location, within walking distance of the Tour and yet easily accessible by car because it is out of the restricted area. Perfect for a stop-over. Very spacious room, clean and simple. The equipment of the bathroom is good but in need of refurbishment. The personnel seems to be a bunch of students. We were lucky and were welcomed by a nice guy but clearly non professional. There are no amnesties and we were glad we did not take the breakfast. The hotel is not so quiet: they have a dog that kept barking during the night.

Hôtel propre , à 10 min à pied de la tour

La chambre et la salle de bain sont fonctionnelles et propres . Juste le chien du voisin qui aboie toute la nuit . Le petit déjeuner est sommaire Le parking est appréciable .

soggiorno coerente con il prezzo

Camera pulita ed abbastanza vicina a piazza dei miracoli. Possibilità di parcheggio all'interno del giardino. La struttura appare coerente con il basso prezzo richiesto per il solo pernottamento in quanto non è molto curata: il giardino è lasciato andare ed in generale non c'è moilta cura nei particolari.
