Cool place

The landlady is super nice. The room I stayed was equipped with a private bathroom and both where clean and tidy. The neighborhood is quiet and the temperature inside the room was cool enough: didn't have to turn on air conditioning. I stayed only for two nights as I was travelling for business reasons. I would definitely recommend to stay here!

This place was unique. Walkable to local restaurants so you get to eat like locals, get a gelato , maybe from Argentinos, but homemade! Park in the street. Maria Gli was very communicate with us. Room is clean, cute, safe and quiet sleep! Very good experience for a fam. with kids. I definitely recommend this option for a budget and want to explore “local” more than a typical tourist.

I was scared of Google Reviews of this Property which I read after reaching at the property. But Maria and Her Son were Very Nice to Us. Although Its an Apartment with Leasing out different Rooms with No breakfast facility. Cleanliness is 5 Stars. Also No Clear Signs of where to go when reaching at the property which owner should improve as Its On the First Floor of Apartment Building.

Nice, Functional Place at a good price

Nice very clean functional place at a great price. Fridge/Freezer and Microwave available. Well maintained. Pleasant and attentive host. Very close to an old aquaduct which you can follow into town. Would use again. Downside is distance from the main part of Pisa.

The property manager is not friendly and poor communication. When I go there to check in they did not answer the phone. Waited more than 30 minutes to check in. Rooms are located in a shared apartment and no private entrance. You need to wait for the owner to come down and open the door for you. Also they keep a cash deposit of 50 eur per person by the time you check in which is unusual. Not worth for the price you pay.

In sintesi: Dopo aver prenotato, e quindi pagato, ho chiamato la titolare per accordarci per il check in visto che sarei arrivato di notte ma lei, pur essendo in sede, non è stata disponibile ad aiutarmi e mi ha addirittura chiuso il telefono in faccia. Arrivato il giorno della prenotazione ho visto che non è un B&B ma è un affittacamere. Non ha una reception, niente colazione, bagno non in camera, niente bagnoschiuma e neanche uno specchio in camera. La responsabile, per quanto riguarda il bagno, mi ha detto che sono stato io a scegliere questo (camera economica) ma nella prenotazione non diceva niente di tutto ciò. Tramite lo stratagemma della caparra di 50 euro (che mi ha restituito) mi ha fatto pagare la tassa di soggiorno di 15 euro senza farmi la ricevuta fiscale.

Adresse parfaite pour un logement sain et fonctionnel. Il n'est pas situé dans le quartier le plus proche du centre de Pise, mais on y gagne un calme non négligeable. Maria, la propriétaire, est honnête, arrangeante et surtout d'une grande gentillesse ! Nous recommandons à 100% ! Attention cependant à ne pas vous faire surprendre par la caution (la nôtre était de 50€ pour 2 nuits) qui est demandée à l'arrivée (ce qui n'est pas indiqué clairement en réservant).

Es handelt sich hier um einen 5 stöckigen,kalten Betonklotz ,in welchem sich sämtliche Geräusche über mehrere Etagen und Flure übertragen ! Dies ist absolut ungeeignet für eine Pension ! Außerdem gibt hier es KEIN Frühstück ,welches die Angabe "B&B" nicht rechtfertigt ! Das Wasser wurde auch nicht warm ! NIE WIEDER !
