The staff were not helpful in resolving the issue, and when I requested to speak with a manager, my request was denied. Given the lack of assistance and accountability, we ultimately decided not to stay. I’m extremely disappointed with the experience."

"É caro né, entao se espera a melhor experiência possível.
- Limpeza do local pode melhorar. A porta do banheiro estava suja no lado de dentro.
- alguns itens não estavam funcionando, como o ar condicionado, mas o aquecedor resolveu.
Vista é linda, a banheira estava bem gostosa. "

"No inverno é muito frio devido falta de aquecimento, pois ar condicionado quente nao esquenta o ambiente todo. Cortinas mal projetadas (deveria fazer com estrutura melhor e com blackout, pois as 07:00am vc ja acorda com sol na cara). Banheiro é aberto sem porta e sem fechamento de parede até o teto(tirando privacidade). A governanta educada e gentil."

"Aluguei um chalé para passar meu aniversario, chegando ao local fui surpreendida com o local da estadia, não sendo onde aluguei (como consta nas fotos) mas sim, um “porão” em baixo da casa do caseiro do local, ao lado da casinha do cachorro. Local mofado, pessoas com mais de 1,65m de altura não cabem dentro do quarto! Experiência terrível! "
