O hotel é simplesmente incrível! A recepção é maravilhosa, todos os atendentes são extremamente gentis, educados e solícitos. Mesmo ficando no segundo andar, o acesso é super prático porque o hotel dispõe de elevador. A vista é linda, o apartamento é grande, espaçoso e com uma limpeza impecável, tudo muito organizado, cheiroso e bem cuidado. O café da manhã também merece destaque: muito bom, entregue no quarto direitinho, tudo fresco e no capricho. Outro detalhe que me encantou foi que o hotel estava todo decorado para o Natal, uma decoração muito fofa! No geral, o hotel transmite uma sensação de acolhimento, que define perfeitamente a experiência. Quero deixar apenas dois pequenos toques (bem leves mesmo, nada que comprometa a estadia): O aquecedor aquece mais o local onde está posicionado, e não o ambiente inteiro. E senti falta de uma toalha de chão, apenas essas observações para aprimorar ainda mais a experiência. De resto, foi tudo impecável. Amei a estadia, recomendo muito e com certeza voltarei outras vezes!

Uma experiência incrível

A pousada é linda, próxima ao centrinho, os cômodos são bem decorados e aconchegantes, a vista para as montanhas é exuberante. Fomos muito bem atendidos pelos colaboradores em especial o Afonso que era uma simpatia e muito atencioso. O café da manhã é servido no quarto e você escolhe através de um QR code os itens que quer receber, achei muito prático e sem desperdícios. Recomendo sem dúvidas a pousada e com certeza me hospedarei novamente.

A localização é muito boa, é possível ir ao centro turístico a pé, principalmente a ida. O café da manhã é muito bom e a vista do quarto é impressionante, dá vontade de ficar o tempo todo na sacada só apreciando. Por outro lado, existe um ponto negativo que, apesar de não tornar a experiência ruim, é importante deixar registrado: a pressão da água do chuveiro é muito fraca, o que faz com que um banho rápido leve mais tempo que o normal.

Local agradável, aconchegante, funcionários educados, limpeza muito boa. O café da manhã excelente! Gostaria de sugerir uma rede de proteção na sacada, para que possamos deixar crianças menores e pets sem preocupação. O único problema foi o chuveiro, pois quando acionava a água fria a mesma saia muitíssimo quente. Tinha que abrir e fechar várias vezes e só depois de uns 30 minutos conseguíamos ajustar e mesmo assim por pouco tempo. Tentamos mudar de quarto mas fomos informados de que não havia disponível outro. Se não fosse essa questão a nota sem dúvidas seria 10!

Ap confortável p um casal, na medida certa. Colchão, sofa cama, travesseiros de ótima qualidade. Roupas de cama e banho limpas e cheirosas. Senti falta de itens na cozinha: um pano de louça, uma panela, p um preparo simples, mesmo que a ideia seja que não se use a cozinha... Café da manhã no quarto maravilhoso! Vista linda, localização perto do centrinho de capivari, mas faça isso de carro porque a subida a pé é difícil. Funcionários educados e prestativos. Pouca rotatividade, então bom p quem gosta de certa privacidade.
