"Overall my stay as good. Couple things, the bathroom is very small and the toilet is in a corner. If you are a tall or large person this place may not be for you. I’m 5’2 and my knees almost touched the wall. The room never got cold even when I had the air on 50 so it was uncomfortably warm at times. It was maybe unseasonably warm for early May in Seattle so that might be part of the issue. Last thing there should a sign near the entrance of the cafe about the choices for the breakfast you can pay for as part of the room. The sign isn’t until you get to the counter and then you have to make a quick decision because people are filling up behind you. And it should be clearly noted that you can choose one from each category, I didn’t know that and it wasn’t clearly explained so one of my breakfast was just a sandwich when I could’ve gotten 2 more items."

"Not quite a fancy luxury resort, but for the price and convenience to the airport, you can't beat it Very dated, but for the price you can't complain Bed was clean, hot water was hot. What else can you ask for on a long layover?"

"Our room smelled like a dirty mop, likely the shower drain. I reported it to the staff and they took down the information and showed a genuine level of concern. The staff is definitely a reason to return. "

"Staff are very nice and professional. They were pleasant to deal with. The free shuttle was free convenient and readily available. The room seemed clean and the bedding was fresh. The downsides, the heater/ac was not working. The I was checking in, the police were there on a call. As I approached my room I was checking into, the police were there in front of my door. Apparently, the room across from me had the door open and more cops inside the room. I could hear a woman crying and the cops asking questions. I just quickly bolted into my room. Overall, for the price I was good with it. The WiFi was only free if you registered for there rewards program and the “free breakfast” was just bread/toast, yogurt, 2 types of cereal, coffee or juice, and oranges. It was enough to keep the morning hunger pangs away but hardly what I call breakfast."
