"Great location in union square and easy transportation to anywhere. Kids loved the small outdoor pool. Easy in and out parking although pricey."

"Great hotel - super clean, but felt like the room was a little outdated. Housekeeping was wonderful and thorough. This is only personal preference, but the pillows were extremely uncomfortable as well. And just one last minor request - include paper and pens in your rooms please. :)"

"Love the location and the rooms are very nice. Can be noisy from guests above ,if you are on a lower floor. The food at breakfast is wonderful and plentiful but having to wait in line to get in was not fun. Always crowded and noisy. Wish they would give you complimentary coffee while you wait!"

"Easy check-in and a beautiful lobby right off the bat. We loved the separate area with morning tea/coffee, and they kindly held our (many) bags after checkout. The room was beautifully decorated and comfortable, plus there's a fitness room my friend used. Only downside (not the hotel's fault): a daily protest a block away, roughly 7am–7pm — noisy but not unbearable. Bonus: a convenience store right across the street for drinks and snacks. Would stay here again."

"We had the most amazing 2 day stay , we were greeted by Ernesto who was so very helpful he provided us with so much information about the sites , bus tours , cruises and wine tours. Ernesto also offered us a hotel upgrade which came with so many benefits. We just wish we had a longer stay."
