"They had a large fridge in the room. Air was ok in the room but the entire rest of the hotel wreaked of cigarette smoke and I could hardly breathe. Bathroom fan and air conditioner fan made loud clanging noises."

"loved sitting out in the atrium where the pool and hot tub are. Great gathering place also away from the pool with our group. The restaurant is large and the staff were very accommodating with the meals and service. Breakfast was great. Good variety each day. We will be back again. Thank you Baymont"

"Unfortunately not a great stay. Bed spread and all but one towel were stained/not clean. Im pretty easy going, doesnt really matter if the place is a little dated, etc. However basic cleanliness is a big one for me. Probably wouldn't stay here again"

"No pool or breakfast as advertised. Stayed for 3 days no maid service. Only one lamp worked for lite other 3 lites no work,,,coffee machine in room but no cup or coffee. Ice machine out of order, ac blew warm air"

"Showed up at regular check in hours for our hotel, only to find out they had overbooked the hotel and did not have a room that we requested. What unacceptable practice. Travelling with one minor and one adult, they could only offer a single bed when we booked two queen beds non smoking. The hotel refused to cooperate, no refund, no partial refund, no offer of remedy, and only through further escalation to Expedia did they begrudgingly give us the room WE PAID FOR on the second day. "A/C wouldn't cool the room below 22c and it ran continuously through the night. New hotel and +20 outside. The a/c system might be a little small for the room size, nothing is worse than sleeping hot. "
