"Hotel is aging and not being upgraded or taken care of now. Rooms could be cleaned better-bathroom was dirty & the whole floor. Beds were comfortable though! Quiet at least which was welcomed! Staff are friendly until you ask for something then they become super rude and totally unhelpful. Would NOT recommend the West 67 grill! Unless you wanna serve yourself. Breakfast was not good-meat soaked in grease and watery scrambled eggs.
The hot tub is great! But the rocks are falling apart causing a sand like feel in the bottom and the entire pool floor liner is lifting making it a tripping hazard. Don’t know if we would stay again, only booked it because it was cheap"
