I appreciated that he reached out the day before to let us know that we could leave our luggage onsite before our check-in time so we did not need to drag it around the city while we were site seeing. They also offered to hold our luggage onsite on the check-out dated if needed. They use an app on the phone to open the front door to the building, entrance to the reception area up the first set of stairs, and the individual room. The room was clean and spacious for our family...

"Excellent location in the Centro - Conveniently located for sightseeing and walking a number of places. Very pleasant and helpful staff and concierge. Exceptionally clean property, with daily housekeeping, water, treats. Nice sheets and bedding. Wonderful breakfast included with additional items for purchase. Lovely courtyard, salon, and bar."

"Amazing stay!! The front desk is very knowledgeable and helpful to assist with any tours/ transportation. The hotel is very clean and beautifully decorated. Beds are comfortable and the beddings are good quality. Breakfast was delicious, quick service and food very fresh. The hotel is located in a perfect spot, walking distance to the Spanish steps. "I cannot say enough good things about this hotel, Adele and Miguel. We switched hotels (to this one) last minute, about 5:00pm. Adele was waiting for us, kindly gave us a tour, circled important sights, etc on a map and made us feel welcome. The location was perfect. I would definitely stay here again and have already recommended to friends traveling in September. Grazie Adele and Miguel! Our trip was amazing!"

"While the room was spacious and clean, the lack of communication from the staff was difficult to deal with as there is no front desk/reception. During our 3 night day, we messaged the hotel through Expedia requesting a steamer however received no reply at all. On our final day and night at the hotel, we noticed that the electricity and water were not working. We received no communication from anyone. We left a message through Expedia, texted them, and tried calling several times to NO response....
