"Hotel is in a great location - very close to the tube, bus stops, theaters, restaurants, shopping. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable. Hotel rooms are VERY small - 2 people and luggage was a tight fit and the bathrooms have no privacy."

"Very clean room, nice staff"

"Great location, room was clean but had to ask for face cloths as they were not automatically put in the room. Breakfasts were good value and the food was good. We did have one dinner in the restaurant and wished we hadn’t. The server disappeared after taking our order, the kitchen sent out a completely wrong entree and when the server reappeared he proceeded to make ordering dessert a complete nightmare."

"Excellent location and the included breakfast is an added bonus!"

"Les chambres sont très petites mais l'hôtel est bien situé près de la gare Victoria. Le personnel est très attentionné et serviable. Le déjeuner est excellent, mais j'aurais apprécié des pommes de terre avec mon omelette."
