"Every room has a balcony that either looks out over the river or the shopping area. Room doors are well made so once closed, the noise does not bother you. We looked out over the shopping street and loved it. Usually noise keeps me awake but not here. Rooms were clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. The pillows are too soft for my taste but are quality."

"My card was IMMEDIATELY hacked upon signing into the WiFi. I paid extra for a River view view and got a view of a travel bus. I asked for handicap accessible room and was the 2nd floor. I had to pay for three nights in separate transactions and my keys did not work for the last night. "

"Beautiful property! The room was modern and very clean. The view of the mountains was spectacular and the overall location was great. You’re 5 minutes from The Island, and only 20 minutes from the Strip in Gatlinburg. Highly recommend."

"Our room wasn’t ready at check-in and the individuals are the front desk didn’t want to change our room to one available. They said they have a lot of rooms to clean daily and we needed to wait. It was after 4pm and we had a toddler who had been in a car for over 14 hrs. Once we asked again to please check on the status of our room and it was well past 4 pm they said it still wasn’t ready and didn’t know when it would be as someone left stuff in the room the night prior. Still not our issue. We asked again for a different room assignment and they were rude saying they guess they can change our room with someone who hasn’t shown yet. When we got to our room it wasn’t that clean, tiles were broken in the bathroom and the ac was in rough appearance. "

"The outdoor area was so nice! I really rated it low because there were about 50 teenagers at the hotel which was fine but they were screaming late at night and early in the morning and running up and down the halls. It made it hard to sleep and the staff didn’t say anything to make them stop."

"Rooms have been recently renovated. Basic but they were okay and clean. The outside area isn’t kept up very well and seemed like an area where some shady activity takes place. We originally had a ground floor room but you can hear every step from the room above and it sounded like a dance party was going on above us. I requested another room upstairs and the woman working the front desk was very understanding and helpful and moved us to an upstairs room that was much quieter. There are no amenities other than breakfast which we didn’t try. Which was fine for us for a couple of nights."
