This is a beautiful hotel with an amazing atmosphere, breathtaking views, and exceptional service. It was our family’s first time in the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee, and the experience was absolutely magical. They offer a lovely breakfast, the rooms are very clean and spacious, and the staff is incredibly pleasant. It truly feels like a home away from home. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again.

Everything was great, I would actually recommend it, but when we arrived, we were my 3 children and I was 2 hours waiting, my ticket was at 3 PM and only until 5 PM they gave us the keys, the person who was attending to the clients very normal, as the clients did not matter, the decision, for the rest, 5 stars the cleaning, the order, the breakfast was everything was great.

The hotel and staff are great. Location is convenient to everything if you’re driving, or you can take the local buses that leaves from outside with an all day pass for like five bucks and enjoy the spirits and moonshine!

Was pleased with my stay except breakfast. Oatmeal and grits were never done, The attendants could have used more help due to the number of people staying. It was full our 5 night stay. The shower & toilet area was very small. Overall a great stay!
