"Clean rooms, EXCELLENT shower pressure. Staff was so helpful. Especially appreciate the ride to the airport. Location was amazing. Loved the location! Feels like you're in the middle of everywhere while still feeling a little removed. The only complaint is they don't have air conditioning during March. Which I'm guessing isn't a major issue, since it's usually still pretty cool in March. However we happened to stay during the one week of nice warm(ish) weather. So no major complaints. "

"Breakfast was ok, not a lot of variety. Staff was great, the room was clean but some areas were damaged like my bathroom door it was broken at the bottom and it looks unpleasant to see. Bed was not the most comfortable but it was ok. I rate the hotel 4 because of location and cleanliness."

"Booked this hotel last minute while traveling for work, it’s really close to the Yankee Stadium, the street it’s on isn’t the cleanest. The hotel is clean nothing luxurious but clean in fact they seem to clean with bleach because the hallway and my room both smelt like bleach to the point that it gave me a headache it was so strong!! There is WiFi, no onsite laundry but there is a laundromat 5min walking distance from the hotel. They have onsite gated parking for $30 per night as an option, which was good or you would have to search for street parking. I didn’t see any sketchy people around, I will add this hotel as my last resort option. "

"The staff was so rude and 0 welcoming. They almost look at you like you are some creature from another world. Long faces and they just look straight up annoyed by the idea of having to interact with you. The hotel does not look like the pictures, is not too bad but rooms def look a lot cheaper in real life. The common areas are so nice but the rooms are a different story. But the staff was the main thing that will never have me stay there again, very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable."

"The room was very clean. We stayed on 8th floor and internet was spotty it didn’t bother me but it bothered my 16 yr old grandson. Had free breakfast and it never changed for 3days ….. scrambled eggs sausage potatoes pancakes toast some kind of pastry not covered so that was hard and cereal 2 in a bowl you scoop out with a spoon. Don’t expect much out of breakfast. The staff is very nice. "
