The hotel is stunning and my room was beautiful and spotless! I was there during the major snowstorm, could not get back home to NYC and this hotel gave me the opportunity to relax, have a drink at the lobby bar and also enjoy a tasty buffet breakfast in the morning! The hotel is clean, and the staff is great. I had issues with the streetcar noise and with children running and screaming in the hallway in the middle of the night. The room's walls are thin, and you can hear everything the other people in other rooms do. I couldn't sleep.
