"We stayed there for 1 night and checked in late because we were at a competition all day long. The room was very outdated- old furniture- the couch actually had rips in it. Like cat scratches. The bathroom needed updating- shower had brown stains and the toilet was very weak along with needing fresh paint and the floors needed cleaning. The bed wasn’t comfortable and the pillows were old. I’m so glad we brought some of our own bedding! The room was extremely hot and I couldn’t adjust the temperature. We had to leave early in the morning so thankfully we didn’t spend much time in the room. I would never stay there again and the price I was charged was ridiculous. In addition to having to pay for parking."

"To anyone about to stay or thinking about staying at this Best Western Hotel. Be aware that if you book multiple days you will be charged in full instead of one night before you check in even if you stated pay at hotel. Second if you need to check out early on a multiple day stay you will be charged the full stay no matter what the situation was for you leaving early. When things are fine the staff was friendly. But as soon as you need something done, like leave early and get refund for the nights that you did not use, they are not so nice. Front desk clerk was very rude and did care about my situation. He made an already stressful situation worse and I had to pay for two night I never used. Just a shameful practice. The hotel was not even sold out not even close to sold out. I will never stay at this hotel again."

"I selected this hotel because it advertised that it had an Airport shuttle. That was important sine I was only staying one night for a layover. I was disappointed to learn that the shuttle was not running. Other than that, all I can say is, you get what you pay for."

"Room smelled of heavy cigarette smoke. Large cigarette burn hole in bedspread & blanket, bed had to be stripped & remade, top sheet was on top of the blanket instead of top of fitted sheet, 1 of the pillows had a stain & short black hair & I requested it to be replaced, Remote to TV dead & needed new batteries, sink was plugged & maintenance had to come in & fix it"
