Parking not free, a $10 charge per day was added. Expedia did not list this extra charge. Rooms are cleaned every other day. If you stay more than one night, you have dirty towels the next day, a dirty bathroom, and an unmade bed. No warning was given by Marriott, the front desk, or Expedia as to this silly program. Expedia should resolve these issues. I think a pEtial refund is due from Marriott or Expedia

Crummy version of a reputable hotel chain

If you’re considering a room with a pullout bed - they’re horrible at this hotel. Old, doesn’t sit flat, and you can feel the bars through the mattress. The pillow that was in the closet with the extra sheets and blanket smelled.

The lower level room was terrible. Poor lighting, musty, moldy smell. It felt damp and poorly kept. Staff was very borderline. One woman Brigit at the front desk was great. The rest were more like unsmiling automatons. Staff at the cafe was terrible, like we were somehow a nuisance. Will never return to this Courtyard. Other Courtyards have been outstanding.
