Perfect location for a fun weekend trip or a 24 hour stay cation like us! We stayed here since it was close to Six Flags but learned there was much more in the area to enjoy like MGM Springfield (10 min tops), Basketball Hall of Fame (5 min) a Chick fila (right across the street) and so many other shopping options! This place also has free breakfast (not the best, but its free!) and an indoor pool and hot tub open 8-10pm! Its really a great place to stay for a decent price.

Our toilet backed up, they came up to fix. A few hours later, the toilet it broke. We had to change rooms in the middle of the night to a room where the toilet was functional. Then in the new room, the shower took forever to drain. We had friends staying in their own rooms, a total of 5 rooms, they had toilet issues as well.

Great hotel!

It was a great stay. Hotel was nice, staff was very friendly. Pool and hot tub were clean. Breakfast was excellent. Overall an amazing hotel. I recommend staying here.

While the property and the staff were excellent, the maintenance needs lots of work. I took them three rooms as we checked in, to find one that all aspects worked. The first room the bathroom lights didn't work, the second the toilet was leaking, and the third which we finally stayed in, the TV had problems and only worked off and on.

Loved the beds, shower water temp and pressure and hot tub temp. Hot tub jets were a bit violent yet ineffective. Breakfast offerings were skimpy for vegan and non-dairy folk, but we managed. Also had to use my emergency supply of stevia. Staff was friendly and helpful and even helped us get into our room early after our redeye flight arrival. Would definitely come back next time I need a place in the area.

It was clean. Sheets and bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast items were hot and fresh. Everything worked in our room, nothing seemed broken. Although it seemed difficult to get the temp in our room to stay consistent. I kept setting the air in the room and it was good for a while then it would shut off and the temp would go up again. But all in all it was a good stay for the money.
