The bathroom was no clean there was a Ring around the toilet and it looked like it wasn't cleaned in awhile..nthe ice bucket was filthy with wet dirty napkins. And the room had a old damp smell and well as the carpet...I believe the need to always double check cleaninest of the room before giving to a guest..all the employee was nice and pleasant

Everything about the hotel was very pleasant except I thought the bathroom could’ve had a few extras and better maintenance. The fan didn’t work and there was nothing other than the usual pumps for soap, shampoo. I would’ve loved a shower cap are the smallest bottle of skin cream. However, everything else was very pleasant. The people were nice the shuttle to and from the airport was great and it was pleasant to hang out in the lobby. They created a nice mood.

The room was clean despite a musty smell. Check in was a breeze. The AC units are new, and they had to send maintenance up twice to make the rattling stop on the one in my room. After the second time, I asked if there was another room available and the manager John was very snippy when he told me they were sold out. Overall the experience was okay, the management staff should really take a breath before they talk to customers like that. The maintenance man was the nicest staff member I dealt with.
