"We really loved staying here. It is SO close to the Pantheon we basically stumbled across it (how could you not) on our way to dinner the first night. Being our first time it was a real "WOW" moment. Great coffee shop right around the corner. User error, but took the second night to figure out the thermostat (power button is on the top, duh). "Hotel Abruzzi was a great place to stay for our short trip to Rome. We booked a triple room in the annex which was good size. Bed was comfortable and the AC worked very well. The free smart phone they provide is very convenient, and includes a hotspot which you can connect your phone to for WiFi calling. The staff was very friendly and did a nice job keeping the property up. Location was excellent and a short walk to everything we wanted to see. I didn’t care for the breakfast that’s included,...

"From the moment we were checked-in to the check-out process, this hotel was the BEST place i’ve ever stayed at!! The staff, specifically Daniel, Lithia, Anastasiia, and Stefania were truly incredible and so helpful. They made our stay here so special and the rooms were truly just perfect. Super comfortable and the breakfast was included as well! Breakfast was delicious and the staff was also amazing! Will definitely recommend this place if you are staying in Rome and I will be coming back here...

We are allowed to leave our bags while we continued our sightseeing for the day and that was a great perk. The location was excellent to places that you could walk within a mile or two. "Great location, friendly staff, and very clean. Air conditioning worked very well. I would highly recommend if you want to be in walking distance to many of the sights. They also helped us arrange a drop off to the cruise port that literally took us (and all our luggage for a total of 3 weeks in Europe) to just a few steps away from the entrance to the cruise ship. That was priceless!"

"We liked A lot the location - One of the best in Rome, close and walking distance to everything. Our room was large and nice. We liked very much Monica - The Lady that runs the place and goes out of her way to help. The big problem was the fact that the place has no elevator. Monica helped us to bring the luggage up on about 30 steps to our room. We have no idea why Expedia is ignoring this fact and why there is no mention of the elevator absence in the booking process."
