Hotel was nice and the staff were kind and accomodating. Food and other amenities were excellent as well. Would definitely recommend to first time travelers to Phuket. Only down side is the location. It's hard to explore nearby places by foot, because the hotel is situated atop of a hill. Nevertheless, it is easy to get by with local grab drivers and other free hotel pick-ups. Overall a great and remarkable experience.

The Yama hotel was a great stop in Phuket for my wife and I. Hotel was quiet, had a nice pool area and was peaceful. It’s a bit out of the busier beach areas but not far away. Easy grab ride to those things.

So amazing that we extended our stay. The room was very very spacious, the staff was very helpful with any questions we had and helped us arrange transport. Pool view room with the water on the balcony was a new experience. Room was brilliant, hotel was very well presented and clean. Pool area great, staff very friendly. Food ordered was fresh and lovely, breakfast good. Only reason for 4 stars is the location, the walk from the hotel to the centre is not too far, it's just how busy the main road is once out of the hotel. Having said that, shuttle is available and bolt is available.

The hotel's breakfast was good. We stayed for 2 nights, our room was cleaned every day, and having a shuttle to the beach was great; they take you there at certain times and bring you back to the hotel. It would be even better if they had a shuttle available in the evenings. The hotel is far from the center, and the path isn't suitable for walking. The pool was also enjoyable and nice. Thank you.
