Me and my boyfriend absolutely loved this resort. It is near a popular walking street so you can wash clothes, ride bikes, get food, coffee, exchange money, gifts etc... the buffet breakfast is absolutely amazing with lots of variety. the hotel room was beautiful as well as the property; properly maintained everyday. Pools are amazing, and the beach is beautiful. Only downfall I would say is it is far from popular tourist destination's like Bangala road, excursions to phi phi etc everything is pretty much an hour away. But overall, absolutely stunning place and would stay again.

Property is great, if you, like us saw video of the raft pull restaurant and really want to eat there, make reservations before you check in! I wish we were told that, it was fully booked for our entire stay!

What an amazing property! The staff was extremely attentive and the property itself is very clever and beautifully designed! It is located steps from the beach! The pricing around the resort is high in comparison to most places around Thailand but just outside the gates has amazing restaurants for very reasonable prices. We can’t wait to return again!

I loved this resort. It was my first visit, five nights, and I will definitely return. My only regret was over-booking activities and not having enough downtime to fully enjoy the resort. I won’t make that mistake next time. The amenities were great. The food was great and the location was great. I loved the art and creativity in the main lobby and the gardens were fantastic. The pancake artists in the breakfast dining room were incredible. Everyone was so polite and service oriented. My only suggestion: maybe tone down the music in the bars/lounges and make it a bit softer.

I booked this hotel after filtering hotels that are “pet friendly “ I booked a room assuming as this hotel showed up as pet friendly I could stay there with my SERVICE DOG! Once arrived to the hotel they told me that I can only stay with my service dog if I upgrade myself to a villa (from a regular room). Since I had no other option after a very long flight and free cancellation time of this booking has passed, I paid them the extra 30,000 baht for upgrading to the villa. This is very disappointing as I counted on Hotels.com to know about it and not to show my room/hotels that are not pet friendly after I clearly searched for it.

Gym was well equipped and clean. Everything could be ordered using an app which made requests easy. A big resort but it was beautiful and felt quiet. 7 minutes from stepping into car until arrival at airport.
