I was blown away by how underrated this resort is! I absolutely loved it—far beyond what I expected. The vibe is amazing! It’s super safe, the food is delicious, and it strikes the perfect balance between luxury and a relaxed, sporty atmosphere. I was amazed by the professionalism and quality of the trainers—the daily tennis clinics and personal training sessions were amaaazing!

Excellent place for sports enthusiasts.

Excellent place for sports enthusiasts. Whether you are into tennis, pilates, biking or swimming, you will find it all here! The food at Booster Bar/Divine Restaurant is good -- we did not get bored during 1 week stay. I would only wish there would be another place to have dinner on the Hotel side (so there is no need to go back to main building to have a dinner).

Excellent training

Everything is good at Thanyapura is excellent except lunch/dinner options. Will be expensive and a bit bouring at a longer stay. Not so many options around the resort either. Whar is really good is all training facilities and activities. Also the option to have quick bit before morning training and full breakfast after training.

A fitness fanatics paradise. Fantastic facilities Nd my favourite was the 50m pool and 25m lap lanes. So much to do you don’t need to leave the complex. If you stay for more than a few days you will need taxis or hire car as it’s quite remote but that’s a good thing, it’s so quiet. The garden room area is best for singles and couples away from the families in the main area. I would say the rooms could do with a makeover but they are perfectly adequate for a sports holiday. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Altogether an excellent stay and no more than 20 minutes from the airport.

Strange and confusing stay

Very very strange location as i arrived a bit late and was let off by "the reception" that was already closed. Whatsup awailable, but no one answer. So start walking around the huge property. Finally found restaurant who told me where to go, more or less. Check in was rather slow as four-five people was around the room , but only one of them could manage checkins. Best part was the golfcar from the second lobby to the room. On the way there i realized there were several gates around. The room was basic and as far i can understand, door to the garden was not possible to lock? Lucky for me, i only booked one night to be ready in the morning for the boat to Koh Yai Yao.

Our second visit. This facility is an excellent place to train for a triathlete, offering a fantastic environment with attentive and supportive staff. The coach-led sessions are particularly impressive, providing structured and effective training that caters to all skill levels. However, the true highlight of this place is undoubtedly the coaches themselves. Every single one of them is highly skilled, approachable, and dedicated to helping you reach your goals, making the experience truly worthwhile. Cons: While there aren’t many downsides, a couple of points stand out: • The on-site restaurant and café are quite expensive. That said, this isn’t a significant issue as there are plenty of alternative dining options located just outside the complex. • The garden room we stayed in was extremely damp, which made the accommodation less comfortable than expected. We have rebooked for next year… paying extra for the pool room. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience here is highly positive and well worth it!

Sports hotel, ideal for tennis-swimming-biking

Super accomodation in the mountains. Very quiet, very friendly staff and sport instructors ( they also have a modern fitnesscentre with several group classes like spinning, yoga, pilates, boxing,...). This was our first stay here and we will definitely come back, next time for 2 weeks! Thank you Thanyapura staff for your kindness and excellent stay!

Awesome property for a sports gateway with absolutely all the sports amenities you can think of. This is a fantastic place if you are looking for a healthy retreat. The gym was huge, multiple tennis courts, a spa with sauna and hammam...It was great for a few days

Facilities are nuce but place definitely needs a bit of maintenance and renovation. Scenery is great, people are very friendly and coaches are great especially Jay and Amhara. Booster restaurant is too expensive though…Overall it’s a very nice place and staff is very friendly.

Absolutely perfect. We began each day with a great 3k run around the track, then tennis clinic and almost all the other options. Great to be around a fit community too and to connect with great people from around the world.

There was very good tennis coaching, but it was difficult to schedule other coaching, and the personal trainer was terrible. The food was ok, but the dinner service was very slow and haphazard The bathroom in our hotel rooms were dirty. The front desk staff was untrained and sullen.
