The staff were absolutely amazing. I could tell that a few of them took their job seriously. They made sure that I was accommodated. View from Patong Sunset room was wonderful to wake up to. Water pressure and temperature was perfect! Downside: the steep hill is monstrous to hike back up to the resort!!

Spacious and modern suite, bedroom and bathroom. Great breakfast selection which was delicious, and very friendly staff. The hotel is located at the top of a very steep hill so best to drive up. Nice views from the pool and they have a pool bar too.

So other than the steep hill leading to the entrance, I have nothing negative to say about this wonderful hotel. The staff is amazing, the food, especially the breakfast is amazing, and most important, so really do get to relax and unwind from your normal hectic life. Highly recommend this wonderful hotel and I'll be back next year.

Very nice hotel a good level of Service a great breakfast nice swiming Pool litle bit far from the patong Center but you have shutle services from the hotel 3 time a day I would defently come back

NOT a resort, it's a hotel

The employees were extremely accomodating (for my birthday I was welcomed with a HBD Sexy...Woot,woot), helpful, and really friendly. I liked the breakfast (yummy). The shuttle service is a plus though it ends awefully early. The hotel sits high and walking to anything would be dangerous. However, the employees represented the "land of smiles" with lots of smiles and help.

The room was great. The staff was not welcoming at all. The restaurant staff look mean and had attitude and I can tell they were talking about me. Desk staff I couldn’t leave hotel for check until he check my room and return. After that he try to tell me I drank an orange soda which was a lie. Barely spoke at all not sure if it’s because of my race. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Nice semi-secluded retreat

Nice quiet location with great views. Not so convenient access to the beach, shopping, dining, etc. but if you have a private car (ie rental) then this is a great place to stay.
