The staff where lovely and really made the place. My first night happened to be my birthday, i hadnt told anyone but they noticed in my passport and brought me a cake and sang me happy birthday. I thought it was a really nice touch. The place was always clean and nothing bad to say. Would recommend.

I was travelling solo and enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It’s in a convenient location with a short walk to Kata Beach and Kata Noi Beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. I’m happy I stayed in this area instead of the usual Patong area as it’s abit more quiet. The hotel breakfast was great with all the usual options. I enjoyed the room service options a couple nights when I felt like some Western food like a pizza or burger. I had the pool access room, but I had one of the rooms on the side of the pool where the balcony does not go straight into the pool, so some rooms don’t have the direct pool access from your balcony. The rooms are a little run down though. The bed base around my mattress had cigarette ash and dust around the room. The staff were friendly.

Place was ok as was cheap. We stayed 7 days. The room cleaning each day wasn’t great. Rubbish left in room, and wasn’t really cleaned while we were there

Dirty rooms, unclean, wouldn’t recommend.

We were supposed to stay 6 nights here, but every room we were given had hair or blood stains in the beds. We had to change 4 different times to 4 different rooms, each room either had sheets with blood stains, hair everywhere or just over all dirty rooms... The staff was extremely nice, obviously it's not the receptions fault, so they then switched our hotels to Surf (their sister hotel in Kata). We are staying here now but this hotel is even run down.. Pool is murky/unclean, definitely won't be getting in. We're happy to have a clean room though, but wow... Super disappointing situation. Wouldn't recommend staying here. To the manager or whoever the higher up is reading this, please do a quality check on your rooms, linens and beds.... 4 rooms all with hair, blood and over all

Pretty dirty and not soundproofed at all

Hotel is NOT SOUNDPROOF They lie about this! There is gaps in the doors and windows so sound easily gets in. Could hear the markets all day and night so staff changed my room to a better room however the shower and bathroom hadn’t been cleaned at all. And I mean at all. Curtains didn’t close properly and had stains on. The floor was so dirty I made a cleaner clean it and had to call them back to reclean what they missed! There was a pubic hair in the bath and on the toilet seat. Water marks all on the shower to show it has t been cleaned in a while too. On top of this, a family of Russians decided to have a party at the pool all night til 6am which the reception did nothing about until I shouted to say I will call the police and they they tiredly decided to ask them to keep it down nowhere they told the staff to F off. They did nothing to make the guests quiet. Pretty disrespect to the other guests.

The restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful, the male staff in reception friendly too, but the more senior lady staff in reception seemed mostly busy on their smart phones, seldom looking up to actively ensure a good stay for the customers or even extend a smile or friendly gesture. I think this hotel has a general feel that they do not have to make any efforts because clients are coming anyway. Hotel is functional, not dirty but just about delivering minimum expectations of cleanliness, nothing more and nothing less. Active information about facilities, services and things to enjoy, including proper information about transportation options across the area is almost non existent. Environmental responsibility and helping customers spend less single use plastic by eliminating bottles, using water tanks instead, remove plastic from waste bins etc. is non existent. Here the hotel management should step their game up. There is room for improvement and perhaps I would after that stay here again.

1. Thanks to all staff for birthday surprise during breakfast, we were really surprised even myself ( I guess my requested was denied but finally it happened with surprised also myself over my expectation) 2. We are really happy with your room even we don’t spend our time to access to the pool. 3. The overall of staff were very friendly and professional even with us (Thai). 4. Improvement point are breakfast food were not variety compared with other hotel what we use to spend in same rate, I am not sure if you have 2 stand lard for high and low season, but I would recommend to improve it asap.(especially the bacon(my favorite) but we never touched it due to really thurible appearance and dry). Last point: again thanks for professional team in the hotel and look forward to see some improvements with my future visiting! See you soon!

Great return stay.

We stayed here back in 2014. Was good to see it was still good. Location was convenient 10 mins walk to Kata Beach. Room was clean and cozy. Staff was warm and friendly. Would stay here again.

I like location - Kata beach. But it is not resort 4 star, maximum 2-3 star hotel, very noisy. Friendly and welcome staff mostly does not speak English.

Schmudeliges Hotel. Lage ok.

Das Hotel hätte Potential, aber die Zimmer sind schmudelig und feucht. Pool ist im Schatten ohne Aussicht. Das Frühstück war gut. Das Personal soweit freundlich.
