I was there for 3 days and 2 nights and it was raining all the time.. There was any heated pool in the hotel (no the room , not the main pool ) no jacuzzi..i couldnt enjoy my stay ... there was no other activities to do. For been a luxury hotel few people of the staff didnr speak english , so sometimes didnt attemp correctly our demans. But they try to do their best.... very helpful

If you want to plan a great relaxing experience with fantastic service-minded people ready to make it happen, then Rosewood Phuket should be at the top of the list. As a fairly seasoned traveller, I have stayed at many luxury resorts around the world, and I can with confidence say this is one of the best. It is not often I compose an email to the hotel, expressing how we truly enjoyed our stay at their resort, but this time I did. And it all comes down to the friendly and service-minded staff they have employed, it is their trump card, and as long as they keep them on I am certain Rosewood will be very successful. We were staying at the Ocen Front Villa 6 which was so beautiful and relaxing and the direct access to the beach is a great bonus. I can with confidence say for a 5-star hotel they live up and exceed expectations. And the super king-sized bed is a dream.

Property was beautiful and breakfast was one of the nicest we have experienced. Service outstanding at breakfast, okay at Italian restaurant and terrible at Thai restaurant. Food served before wine, even after asking for the wine twice. Kids either screaming at Thai restaurant or playing loud movies on portable devices to keep them occupied. No staff bothered to tell the guests this was unacceptable. It happened on two separate occasions for dinner, and we just had to get out of there after the second time—so we didn’t have the dessert which was included with our set Thai dinner. The staff didn’t apologize or even send our dessert to our room; unacceptable when you are paying 8,000 Baht for dinner for two. Also, no service at the pool—had to get up and get water at the bar on multiple occasions. Then when I did, they wanted to bring it to where I was sitting—why? I’m already up-use your energy to go around and see if other guests need anything. The last breaking point was all the children at the pool. Although there is an “adults only” section, it is not. The “adults only” section is one row with families allowed to sit directly behind that row. Therefore they are screaming right behind you and splashing in the pool. Why even have an”adults only”? Have a “real one”with an entire section of chairs and pool available to “adults only”—-they certainly have the room. Not a five star resort—only In price. There are too many other nice resorts, we won’t be back!!

This is an amazing property. We have a wonderful time. Service was the best I have ever experience in my 20 years traveling around the world. If you are looking for luxurious hotel, relaxing vacation, authentic Italian and Thai Food, this is the place!
