I booked it for 6 nights and left after 2. I didn't get any refund but it was still worth it. I would never stay there and will think twice dealings with Expedia. Pure lies and misleading. No elevators so had to take the bags up the floor and hotel do not provide any service at all. They should be under hostel not hotels categories. I am more disappointed with Expedia then then the hotel itself.

Un hôtel situé au cœur de la ville avec un personnel fort sympathique et avenant avec les clients. Font tout pour vour rendre service avant et pendant votre séjour !! Et toujours avec le sourire. Vous garde bien volontiers vos valises pendant que vous allez quelques jour sur une île avant votre séjour dans l'hôtel, vous commande un taxi pour l'aéroport et quand votre départ est très tôt vous fournissent des lunch box si vous avez pris une chambre avec petit déjeuner !! Nous recommandons cet hôtel fort agréable et sympathique.

Ett hotell som ligger mitt i centrum av karon.Nära restauranger och gång avstånd till stranden.Rummet var alltid rent och välstädat.Bra och trevlig personal.

Location of the hotel is spot on. Near the beach and good restaurants near by. The staff was really friendly and helpful. And our cleaner (Mama <3 ) was absolutelu brilliant! Only (small) minus is that our room didn't have a balcony.

On Hotel Karon Beach

There was some confusion when checking in as we were showing as being from Russia which was quickly corrected. The room we were given was not up to the standard that we were expecting or had used on a previous visit to the On Hotel in Karon Beach. After speaking to the reception it was agreed that we could upgrade our room which we did. The room was always cleaned daily and clean sheets and towels put out daily. The hotel was located in the main high street with plenty of bars and restaurants located in the area. The hotel restaurant / kitchen had a very comprehensive menu if you did not wish to go out.

Det var ett trevligt hotell som ligger längst huvud leden genom Kaoron. Dvs mycket trafik direkt utanför entren. Men jag tror att det heter on the Beach hotell. Men att namnet är förkortat här.

Были в этом отеле 2-й раз. По опыту, советуем брать номера с балконом: и вещи есть где просушить, и тишина в номере, так окна выходят не на шумную улицу, как в стандартных номерах (в них со сном могут быть проблемы). В целом все понравилось, месторасположение превосходное, до пляжа 3 минуты неспешным шагом. Ставим высокие оценки, так как соотношение цена-качество оптимальное!

Good location, Bad staff.

Not exactly the most welcoming staff on check in or when you need something from the front desk. The laundry service is was four times as pricey compared to the hotel I just came from, because they charge per item instead of total weight. The shower did not drain easily which causes the whole bathroom floor to fill with water.

Hotellet havde ikke en babyseng til rådighed, som de ellers havde reklameret med, så det gjorde vores overnatninger lidt mere udfordrende. Desuden er hotellet overrendt af støjende russere, som ikke udøver voldsomt meget pli over for resterende gæster.

Hôtel très décevant

J'ai passé 3 nuits dans cette hôtel et j'ai été pressée de partir. A l'arrivé l'accueil est froid. Et au départ le personnel m'a vu decendre les escaliers avec ma grosse valise et même pas d'aide proposé. L'hôtel ressemble à un dortoir mais la chambre est correct. Sinon un conseil prenez chambre côté jardin car très bruyant la nuit.Penser aux bouchons pour les oreilles.

Отель полностью стоит своих денег, завтраки хорошие, всегда в наличии арбузы и ананасы, еды достаточно на завтрак, голодными точно не уйдете, яичница, омлет, тайская еда, сосиски, овощи, йогурт, кофе, чай, соки, тосты, хрустики с молоком... номера нормальные, но совершенно не соответствуют картинкам что на сайте (там красочнее и другие цвета, симпатичнее интерьер), но по размеру достаточно, убирали каждый день, единственное очень жесткие матрасы... выбирайте лучше номер с видом на сад, там тише, так как номера с видом на город, по ночам конечно весь шум на улице может помешать тем кто любит спать в тишине))) и номер лучше на верхних этажах, так как на уровне первого этажа в некоторых местах стоят блоки кондиционеров, и они шумные отличное расположение, напротив отеля развалы фруктов, различная местная еда, улица полна ресторанчиков, до моря ленивым шагом 3 минуты... в отеле выдают пляжные полотенца на день, цена 20 батт это 40 руб за полотенце мотобайк аренда рядом 250-350-400 батт в сутки в зависимости от аппарата, в рублях умножайте на 2 примерно, вообщем все в шаговой доступности мы приехали в 5 утра, отель был полон (новогодние праздники), но нас заселили в 8 утра и без доплаты) а при выселении мы смогли продлить номер до 18 часов. с английским правда на ресепшене плохо но они стараются))) вообщем из отелей такой средней категории, этот отель полностью стоит своих денег если поедем на Карон, снова выберем этот отель Всем приятного отдыха!

Clean hotel in a great location, not very comfy

The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The room was very clean and everything was well stocked. The beds were very uncomfortable though and the water was lukewarm at best. The wifi is also very spotty and we had an entire day where the electricity was out in the whole hotel for maintenance from 9am to 7pm. We were notified of this the day before, but it was still very frustrating. In Expedia the hotel is listed as having options for two beds in a room, and shows pictures of said rooms, but the hotel did not contain any room of this kind when we arrived. Overall it's a fine place for the price and the location is great!

Helt okej central hotell!

+ Bra städning. Nära till strand och restauranger osv.. Bra service i lobbyn. - Wi-fi funkade sådär på rummet. Duschen var på väggen i samband med toaletten vilket gjorde hela badrummet sandigt och blött efter man duschat. (Fanns tyvärr ingen hårtork heller) Förövrigt var frukostbuffén liten men ändå inget att klaga på. Rekommenderar detta hotell för den som prioriterar nära till restaurang och strand. Vill du ha lugn och ro ska du bo på den sidan som är mot baksidan och inte mot bilvägen.
