Clean room, and prompt assistance when required. Massive resort! The lazy river was our favourite with the big slides and jumping areas. The pool was great with swim up bar and can order food to your sun lounge. Buffet breakfast was amazing and all staff were eager to help. Restaurants were a bit pricey but you get that with the resortWould definitely recommend to come back.

Beautiful location, rooms were clean, some staff friendly, some not so! Enjoyed the spa, gym needs new equipment. Overall the property could do with some renovation as it’s a little outdated but we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel app is very useful for communicating with staff. The staff are extremely friendly and always happy to help. The property feels like a tropical paradise. We had a room with private pool which I would highly recommend- when the main pool closes at 7pm you can swim in your own pool for as long as you like and nice to cool down when returning from dinner. Breakfast had everything you could ask for. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Phuket.

Very comfortable room, great pillows! Everyone was incredibly welcoming, staff were very friendly and helpful all over the resort - including restaurant staff, tour booking staff at the lobby, gym and pool staff. Both room and resort amenities were clean and exceeded expectations. Food and drinks are resort prices but this is to be expected. Such a beautiful setting and we have so many wonderful memories. We will be returning, no doubt about it.

The hotel did not have umbrellas or chairs you could rent for the beach. It was a great looking resort but it lacked in something. When we needed to checkout there was no one at the front so they had to email me a final payment amount. They did decorate for our honeymoon but it was not done before getting us in our room. So we had to wait outside our door for them to complete it but that was just really sweet of them. All in all it was a good stay.

This hotel was amazing to stay at after our 15 hour flight. It was in a great location to experience Bangkok. Easy transportation, a lot of shopping around the area. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of options for American style breakfast or Asian style. Staff was amazing with room service, booking our flights for Phuket, and airport transportation.

Adult pool was ok, it is showing some age but the bartenders at this pool were famtastic. Our room was great, room 517 with a pool and deck twice as big as ohers around us. Had to message to have room updated, it doesnt seem to happen otherwise. Restaurants are not very good. Buffet was not well kept, and the other restaurant has limited options and not good quality.

Great hotel with amazing service. We had the private pool room and it was very nice. The spa is nicely designed and the spa treatments were also great. The bed was a bit too hard for our liking and we did have some stomach issues after one of the hotel buffets, but besides that everything was good.

My wife and i have never had such a delightful and pleasant experience as we did staying at centara grand beach resort. The staff was amazing, helpful, polite, punctual and attentive. We personally would like to thank Game (from the wait staff), Spy, Ern, and Dada (from the Spa staff, and Mey and Dia (from housekeeping). They all made the stay unforgettable.

Huge buffet with heaps of variety including GF options, lots of pools with great views of the beach, plus multiple water slides and a river float, spacious rooms with daily housekeeping, great gym and friendly and helpful staff. Also short walk along the beach to Karon town centre and quick taxi ride to Patong. All in all a really great family stay. Only area of improvement would be the kids club. Staff were very friendly but the amenities could do with an upgrade as there isn’t much for the kids to do.
