We thought this hotel would be better than what it was. A lof of amenities were old, and some not working. It wasn't conveniently located and it was always noisy (despite stating 'soundproof rooms". The staff were great though, so that was a positive.

Mold in the room

We had booked Superior room but got a room from the ground level that was not near what we paid for. The room smelled so much mold that I got an allergic reaction after a few hours in the room. We asked to change the room but all rooms were full that night. We had to pay another hotel in the near to sleep that night. Next day we were able to change to Deluxe room on the 4th floor which was much better. The hotel is in good location near the beach and the main street in Kata beach. But in overall, this hotel is too expensive for it’s quality and services.

Super friendly owner and chilled place to stay. Very short walk the the beach (less than 5mins), 7/11 shop two doors down. Lovely restaurant on site - great food & surrounded by other options. Room was big, clean, quite with a safe, fridge, kettle etc. I came as a female solo traveler and felt welcomed and safe.

Utsidan är tveksam - insidan riktigt bra

Hotellet ligger vid en av vägarna som leder ner till Kata Beach, och kan ibland vara ganska trafikerad. Då jag kom undrade jag vad det var för ställe. Jag fick leta efter receptionen, vilket visade sig vara ett litet bord i hörnet av restaurangen… Kände mig mycket tveksam då, men kom sedan till rummet som var rymligt, rent och fräscht. Sängen var riktigt skön och AC fungerade bra. Frukost (170 Bath) var helt ok och hade det man behövde. Ingen hiss, så var beredd på trappor. Hotellet är inte mer än 3 våningar, så ingen fara. Till stranden var det max 7-8 minuter att gå. Personalen bar väldigt trevlig och tillmötesgående. Helt ok för priset!

Oivallinen budjettimatkaajan valinta

Paikka oli budjettimatkalle oivallinen. Sain toisen kerroksen viimeisen huoneen, jota ympäröivät palmut ja viherkasvit, joten oli nautinnollista istua parvekkeella syömässä aamupalaa. Ainoa miinus oli huoneessani olleet muurahaiset, jotka ilmestyivät useaan otteeseen ja valtasivat laukkuni (olin unohtanut suklaata laukkuun). Lisäksi jostain syystä minulle lopetettiin valkoisten pyyhkeiden toimittaminen, sain vain sinisiä rantapyyhkeitä. Muuten kaikki meni hyvin ja henkilökunta oli mukavaa ja avuliasta. Saimme jättää laukkumme säilytykseen vielä check inin jälkeen ennen lentokentälle lähtöä.

The room was clean, ac was cold, staff were friendly. The restaurant was very good. Great location with lots of dining options and about a 7 minute walk to the beach. I would recommend staying here as I thought it was good value for the money.

Very good hotel in Kata Beach to relax and enjoy

It was a very nice and proper accomadation next to the Kata Beach.The manager of the hotel is very helpful and interested for the concerns of the customers. Also the staff of the hotel were very friendly to us.The food in the restaurant where you can eat traditional Thai food for a good price was very tasty. Thank you very much for the great time and the feel in the accomodation like home in Thailand.

Good service outdated rooms

Service was great. Owner arranged for transportation services from airport to hotel (for cost) when requested. It helped us as we were not clear on options. During the stay host look after well. No complaints. Location of place is nice. Close to Kata beach. Transportation in Phukett was not great (not issue with hotel) Hotel is old and room are very outdated. The rooms had some strange smell. Amenities wise not so much.

För MIG perfekt. Reser för stranden, maten o folket. Hotellet har mat o bar. Oerhört tjänstvillig personal. Inget ” sitter fast” . Ca 5-7 min till stranden som är min dagliga utflykt. Enkelt ställe. Ingen lyx på det materiella men väldigt lyxigt på det mänskliga bemötandet.

Lugnt område o kort promenad till stranden.

När det gäller buffén, så är det endast under högsäsong. För övrigt är det rostade mackor med sylt som är buffé. Men tycker rummet var helt ok o trevlig personal.

Nice, modern and clean room.

I stayed in the new part of the hotel, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. Good bathroom and nice balcony. The breakfast was alright- one egg choice (omelett, scrambled eggs etc), toast, juice and fresh fruit. 5 minutes walk to Kata Beach. Close to many restaurants and supermarkets. Fast and easy check-in/ check-out.
