There wasn't many sun beds on the property, so we had to hire a sunbed on the beach which was ok the hotel have no sun beds on the beach but it didn't spoil our stay! This hotel is minutes from Bangla Road on a very busy road but the beach is fab and rooms and facilities were great.

The front end of the property is on the main street and the back end is directly on the beach. You can’t get a better combination than that! My only complaint was with my room choice. I chose the sea view suite at the back end, upstairs with a nice balcony and a private spiral staircase down to the pool and beach. The problem was that the shower wasn’t in the bathroom. It was on the balcony. Makes sense for showering after the beach. Makes no sense for normal bathing. Beachgoers and people in the private yard of the room below could look up at me entering and exiting the shower.

Phenomenal Hotel in Patong Beach

Fantastic hotel and team working here! The staff made for a warm and welcoming experience from beginning to end. They remembered me by name and said hello everytime I came through! The hotel is modern and sooo quiet despite being in the heart of everything. And so many food choices at breakfast each day. Highly recommend staying here.
