Room soundproofing could be better to mitigate the amount of noise housekeeping must make when cleaning surrounding rooms. Would like to have more t.v. channel selections. I left four days early for a room that was paid for two weeks when leaving I was told there’s no refund I didn’t ask I just wanted out the noise I paid for a city view they stuck me in a room on first floor with view of bushes for four days then switched to a room just as mush noise or worse love Thailand 🇹🇭 but will never stay there again William A.Coffey
