Very happening area! Maybe not so good if you want to rest early, but is ok. Lots of eateries just downstairs.

Good basic hotel. Solid for the price. Clean rooms though dated Water topped up daily and a little fridge in the room. Right in middle of night market, music til about 10pm but not really an issue. I had a balcony room. Pool on roof is a nice escape, shame I didn’t use it more! Have to give 500baht deposit for the key in cash which is annoying cos then you have that back as you are leaving. Short walk to the beach too

I had a room with a balcony facing the street and the traffic and noise from the bars was extremely loud. I had to buy earplugs in order to get any sleep

Vi reiste som en familie og fikk to tomans rom . En av rommene var air condition dårlig, det var mye støy fra den. Det var ingen vinduer eller utsikt ut til Phuket. Barna syntes at sengen var gode å ligge i, men jeg syntes var noe hard. Frokosten var det veldig lite utvalg. Hotellet ligger sentralt og fint i Kata, rett ved Kata walking street og kort vei til stranden

Very close to smart bus stop, Kata beach and night market. Our room was O.K., but was facing the main street and the view on the other side was a construction area.

En sur resepsionist , « fin utsikt» og gamle bad

SUR RESEPSIONIST Bestilte 8 netter -superior rom med balkong og bildene lovte et godt opphold .Lite imøtekommende resepsjonist ( sur og irritert ) som uten å ønske oss velkommen forlangte depositum uten å svare på hvorfor ? -fulgte oss opp i 2 etasje, åpnet rommet og gikk uten å si ett ord - Makan til slik oppførsel og kundeservice skal man lete etter ... tviler på at rommet var på 30 kV.m , konstant bråk av airkondision og bargjester rett under balkongen gjøre ikke varelse bedre, utsikt fra balkongen mot en stooor byggeplass ( med støy fra 07:00 til 20:00) var dekket av strømledningene som hang rett på utsiden over rekkverket. Spurte om vi kunne få ett annet rom. Resepsjonisten ble kjempe overraska -Hva er galt med rommet? Var mulig å få ett rom i 3.etasje - samme utsikt , dagen etter ,, vi sjekket ut etter 1 time , uten at personalet gjorde et forsøk å få oss bli .. Dårlig erfaring og pengene ble tapt

Luktade jättemycket mögel i rummet .olidlig stank. Kan bero på att det inte finns fönster ,utan är ett tätt slutet rum utan vädringsmöilighet .

Environnement (extérieur à l’hôtel) trop bruyant

Équipements corrects sans plus, l’hôtel est situé à proximité immédiate de Kata Beach (5 minutes à pieds) et de Karon Beach (15 mns à pieds), mais surtout il donne sur une route très fréquentée de jour comme de nuit et surplombe restaurants et un bar musical ouvert jusqu’à tard dans la nuit. Boules quies indispensables mais pas suffisantes. Le prix plutôt élevé pour le confort de l’établissement ne justifie pas de s’infliger de telles nuisances sonores. Mieux vaut marcher quelques minutes de plus et s’éloigner de cette route infernale (Kata road).

Clean, good hotel, fine pool area with roof terrace. Room cleaning is excellent and friendly. I paid the room for 2 people but asked for an extra 500 bath if I had brought my local girlfriend to the room.

Good location, Beach Restaurants Minimart Night Markets all around. Nothing bad about this hotel. Just that if breakfast could have more varieties it would be perfect.

Avoid hotels.com directions, generally good hotel

Firstly, the map on hotels.com is incorrect and about half a km further down the street. Use the address and put into google maps. Rooms are generally spacious, and come with ac, safe, hot shower, and 3 jacuzzi type pools. Our first room did have some small bugs crawling around the bed, but the staff were happy to relocate us and we ended up on the roof which was larger and great. All in all, good little hotel.
